Yo I need your help with science please help me understand when you have a chemical formula there is a plus or minus sign next to a number and sometimes there on there own what does it mean

First, you need to rewrite the question because it's a little vague now. What type chemical formula? It's a very broad term https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chemical_formula, please specify which one. After you've rewritten it, I'd be happy to answer your question. Right now, I can't because I cannot infer what you are asking, I only got a little sense about it. Notify me when you've fixed it, I will then either edit this into an answer or write a completely new answer.

P/s: I'm not trying to be a d**k here, I'd love to help you if I understand the question. And you can help me understand it by fixing the wording of it.
