A standard deck of 52 cards has 13 ranks (Ace, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King) and 4 suits  such that there is exactly one card for any given rank and suit. Two of the suits  are black and the other two suits  are red. The deck is randomly arranged. What is the probability that the top card is a heart of a jack?

There is exactly 1 heart of jack, and 52 cards, so the probability is \(\color{brown}\boxed{1 \over 52}\)

That problem is too easy.  I think the OP made a typo and it should have asked "..a heart or a jack?"

Also, "a heart of a jack" is an unusual way to say it.  The expression would have been "the jack of hearts."
