138 + 6/13  % =      (1800 / 13) %  =  (1800/13)  / 100  =   1800 /1300  =  18/13

Call  the smaller fraction  F     and the larger   one  (18/13)F

Sum  =   F + (18/13)F  =  (31/13)F

Difference  =  (18/13)F  - F  =  (5/13) F

Ratio  of  sum  / difference  =   (31/13) F /  [  (5/13) F ]  =    31/5  =   6 and 1/5 times
