B = 40 degrees, C = 52 degrees.

This question is missing something...cheeky

 

Angle B = 2 * 28 = 56 degrees

 

Angle C depends on the measure of the angle A

 

1/    If angle A is 90 degrees, then the measure of angle C is 34 degrees

 

2/    If angle A is 60 degrees, then the angle C is 64 degrees
