PQRS is a rhombus with perimeter = 28 units and PR = 8 units, find b (QT)

28/4 = 7, which is one of the rhombus's sides. since we know PR is 8, PT would be 4, so now we can use Pythagorean Theorem to solve for QT.

7^2 = b^2+4^2

49 = b^2+16

33 = b^2

b = $$\sqrt33$$

Wouldnt the answer be 4 units? Because PR is 8 and QT is half of PR. Someone correct me if im wrong.

hmm, i am not sure... the diagonals of a rhombus do not necessarily have to be equal...
