What is the least common multiple of the two denominators 6/8 and 4/32?
I'm not sure i did it correctly. Please help and show me how you did it. It was a multiple choice question so i just guessed. I want to know how to solve the. THX!
Sorry...I got distracted and didn't see the word "denomkinators"...we have
6/8
4/32
If we don't want to reduce the fractions, the LCM can be found thusly
8 = 2^3
32 = 2^5
We look at the like bases = 2 and take the one with the highest exponent
So
LCM = 2^5 = 32
NO I WROTE THE PROBLEM WRONG. I forgot to write denominators. I corrected it. You did both problems right! It was my Fault.
OK...I didn't think I'd seen the word "denominators" at first...but...I'm watching the baseball game...so...I thought I just mis-read it....LOL!!!
lol same im watching the game. are you watching it on your tv or youtube?
