x can be EQUAL to or greater than  -3   sooo    [-3

   and is less (but does no inlude) + 7     soooo    7)

     put them together:   [-3,7)

-3 is equal to or less than x so there for it is infinate    [

7 is grater than x so there for it is not infinite   )
