Each page number of a 488-page book is printed one time in the book. The first page is page 1 and the last page is page 488. When printing all of the page numbers, how many more 4’s are printed than 8’s?

They each appear 20 times in each group of 100
But starting at page 400 to page 488, the 4's appear
89 + 19 times = 108 times
But the 8's only appear 18 times from pages 400 - 488
So the 4's appear 108 - 18 = 100 more times
