Subtract 10 from both sides of the equation to get

x^2-5x-14 <=0

(x-7)(x+2) <= 0

x =7 and -2 for thequation to EQUAL 0       intervals  :   -inf to -2    -2 to 7   and 7 to +inf

                                                                             which do you think satisfy the equation?
