Unit price =  TotalPriceTotalUnits=25.724=6.43$

 

Vendor 2:

Unit price =  TotalPriceTotalUnits=19.143=6.38$

 

6.38$<6.43$

 

Therefore, Vendor 1 has the higher unit price
