The total cost of the meal would be 15 + tax + tip

tax = 7% of the meal = 7/100 x 15 = $1.05

tip = 18% of the meal = 18/100 x 15 = $2.70

total cost of meal = 15 + tax + tip = 15 + 1.05 + 2.70 = 18.75

Answer = $18.75
