The first one is a little tricky....b is definitely  = 0   ....there is no vertical shift of the second graph from the parent graph of sin x

Also.....the second function appears to be the normal sine graph shifted to the left by pi/2 rads...but, in fact, it is shifted to the right  by 3pi/2 rads....so.....the shift right makes  a < 0....and "A"  is the correct answer

 

 

For....the second....this graph is symmetric with the y axis.....therefore....it is even ⇒  "F"
