A work around to upload pictures is as follows:
1. Outside of the forum go directly to the tinypic site: http://tinypic.com/?t=postupload
2. Upload your image (ignore the stuff tyhat says "1 message waiting for you" - this is just advertising).#
3. Copy the URL
4. Return to the forum and paste the URL into the appropriate box that appears when you select the image icon (ignore the Upload tab).
