hi, have 500ug/1ml of DNA ladder and 6x loading dye,want to make 100ug/1ml of ladder and mix with ladder,how to calculate this?

I am not sure what this question means but if you have 500 micro grams/ ml

and you want 500 micrograms/ 5ml then for every 1ml of original mixture you will need add 4ml of solvent,

which i assume is the loading dye?
