For a certain game, the probability for choosing 13 is 0.008. What is the probability if not choosing card 13?

The total percentage posible is 100%
if the probability of choosing a 13 is 0.008 (0.008=0.8%) then the probability of choosing not a 13 would be 100% - 0.8% which would be 99.2%
divide that by 100 (to make a decimal) would equal 0.992
so the probability of not choosing a 13 would be 0.992
