280 per month on food, 200 per month on health insurance, and 41 2/3 for car insurance. I think?

521 2/3 for all.

Hmm i think what you mean is that $280 for food and $1200 a month for health insurance? And the annual car insurane is each year. If it is like that then its just 280+1200= 1480+41.68ish which equals to 1521.68ish.
