Be humble. Be willing to apolgize for everything you MAY or COULD have done. Ask for forgiveness. If you acted like a jerk, admit it. If you are vulnerable the other person will be able to see your humanity. Don't use "but" like "I'm sorry, but you made the fight worse."

no no no, anonymous. poor misguided fools these days. unlike everuyone else, Titanium Rome knows the skills. well, according to the book, apologizing and mistakes are what make us human. apologize when you and your friend is relaxed. be confident and be honest with yourself. if you were a total jerk, then surrender. let the words fall out. then hopefully he/she is better.
