HOw do I do an improper fraction on here? Like how do I do 2 and 1/4 divided by 3/8?
you just write it normally like 11/2 or 9/3
Well 2 1/4 equals 9/4 becuase if you think about it, 9 x .25 = 2.25. In this case it would be easy to multiply by the reciprical. So we would do 9/4 x 8/3 with gives us 6.
i thougt u meant an improper fraction. u r thinking of mixed number!
