If it's a hard copy I recommend using Lightshot, it's quick and easy.

+128408 Click on the "Image" icon
This will bring up the "Image Properties" screen
Hit the "or Upload" tab on this page
You will see "Image Upload"
Choose the file from your hard drive to upload and hit "Upload Tab"
Make sure to verify that you are not a robot {LOL!!]
You should see the image in the next window
Hit "OK"
