Now multiply the bottom by the smallest power of 10 to make it a whole number.
You will need to mult by 1000. That is the same as moving the dec point 3 places
Since you have to multiply the bottom by 1000 your will need to multiply the top by 1000 also!
\(\frac{0.8}{0.002}\times \frac{1000}{1000}= \frac{0800.}{0002.}=\frac{800}{2}=400\)
