how do you multiply a whole number by a decimal with fraction ex: 15,028 x 0.04 1/2

You really shouldn't put a decimal with a fraction together. But what you would do is convert the fraction into a decimal, in this case, it would be 0.5. then you would have 15028 * 0.04 * 0.5. You should get 300.56
