Convert 3+7/10 to an improper fraction = 37/10
Then....just divide the two numbers to get.....3.7
well, 7/10 = 0.7 so 3 7/10 = 3.7.
I'm not sure what I can explain about this, it seems pretty straight forward...
$$\\3\dfrac{7}{10}\\\\
=3+\dfrac{7}{10}\\\\
=3*\dfrac{10}{10}+\dfrac{7}{10}\\\\
=\dfrac{3*10}{10}+\dfrac{7}{10}\\\\
=\dfrac{30}{10}+\dfrac{7}{10}\\\\
=\dfrac{30+7}{10}\\\\
=\dfrac{37}{10}\\\\
=3.7$$
Can we all agree???.........this problem might be "over-worked," at his point.......
I'm going to "white out" any further posts on this because.....I HAVE THE POWER !!!
And I'm not afraid to use it, either.........
