10e6 is already a valid input:

$${\mathtt{1\times 10^{7}}}$$

For the calculator on this website you will want to type in the 10, then find a button that has "x^y" on it (please note that the "^" symbol does not appear on the button, i have included it to denote an exponent) then press 6 and you should be able to get your answer.
