How to draw a graph where X = -3/2 and Y = 3

( The complete equation is Y = 2x + 3 )

Could you show me the steps of how to count -3/2 in a graph paper?

Here's the graph : https://www.desmos.com/calculator/tew5gj5h5z

Note that -3/2  =  -1.5

To graph this point, start at the origin (0,0)

- 1.5 means that we then  move to the left 1.5  units.......then....go up 3 units......this will be your point, (-3/2 , 3)
