$$\\24=4*6=4\div \frac{1}{6}\\\\
and\\\\
24=3*8=(4-1)*8\\$$

I actually have not a clue how to do this because not enough information is supplied. Though with a guess you may have to divide or multiply as in an example with how to get 24 from 1/6. You would flip 1/6 to 6/1 and then multiply. So you would multiply 24 by 6 and get your answer. If there is any more information if you would be able to provide it I may have a clue.
