If you sleep for 11:34 minutes, and you fall asleep in bed at 11:34 PM, what time did you wake up?

This is just confusing me.

You ask 'if you sleep for 11:34 minutes...'     is that to mean you slept for  11 minutes and 34 seconds?     Or 11 HOURS and 34 MINUTES....

Melody answered one way , I will assume it is for 11 minutes and 34 seconds

You will wake at  11: 45: 34 PM

I suspect that what you MEANT is what Melody answered....here is another method:

If you sleep 11 hours and 34 minutes, lets add 26 minutes to this to make it an EVEN 12 HOURS

(you will have to subtract 26 minutes from you final answer)

11:34 PM + 12 HOURS = 11:34 AM      NOW subtract that 26 minutes to get    11:08 AM

11:34pm=23:34

23+11=34

34-24=10am plus the minutes

34+34=68min=1:08

10+1:08=11:08 in the morning
