when i click windows logo and prntscm, it does not take a screenshot. its probably a glitch or something. i feel like destroying this laptop for not taking a screenshot. i am clicking it at the same time and it does not work.
+56 You shouldnt need Win + Prnt Scr. Do Win + Shift + S for an area screenshot. Or, press Prnt Scr by itself and find it in your pictures folder.
+37146 Try this..... FIRST press and hold the Windows key THEN press the prt sc key .....the display should darken a bit and then re-brighten and the pic should be in your PICTURES / Screenshots folder Pressing both keys simultaneously often does not work!!
