I need help alot

yeah it looks like it... what is this supposed to be?

 

59x(4x-82) = 154 ?

 

(59x)(4x) - 82 = 154 ?

 

something else?

If it's 59x(4x)-82 = 154

Then 59*4 = 236x^2-82 = 154, then 236x^2=236 so x^2=1. x = +1 or -1.

 

If it's 59x(4x-82) = 154

Then 59*4 = 236 and 82*59 = 4838, so 236x^2-4838 = 154. Then 236x^2 = 4992, so x is around 4.6.
