I need help with these two questions!

4)In how many ways can you color one cell blue and one cell red in the grid below so that the colored cells are not neighbors? Two cells are neighbors if they touch at all, even diagonally. It is a 5 by 5 grid

5)In how many ways can you place 4 indistinguishable rooks on a chess board so that no two rooks attack each other and there is one rook in each quadrant shown below? (A rook attacks every square in its row and column.) It is a 8 by 8 grid
