I need help

You ask a question in a new post and if you are lucky, some generous and knowledgable person  answers it.

Then you interact with them or at least say thank you and give them a point.

 

You are not expected to interact or acknowledge troll answers.   eg "the answer is 5"   Unless you are asking them to expand on their answer..
