1) Enter the minimum value for the function shown in the graph. I think it is 2.5
2)
Enter the amplitude of the function f(x) .
f(x)=−2sin(3x)−1 The amplitude is 2 ? or negatitve -2 im not 100% sure
3) What is the period of the function f(x) shown in the graph?
i think the period would be pi
First one
2.5 ...Correct !!!
Second one
The amplitude is the absolute value of - 2 = l -2 l = 2
[ The "minus" just flips the graph over the x axis .....the amplitude is not affected ]
Third one
"Pi" is correct...!!!
Speaking of "pi".....that just made me hungry for dessert...!!!!
Thank you again ! You have been so much help, I think I am really starting to get this now ! We should both go get some "pi" lol celebrate the weekend and your smartness!
Welll....I don't know about my "smartness"....some guys WAY smarter than me invented all this stuff
However....I AM an expert in pie-eating....!!!! ....LOL!!!!
Well , to be able to solve those equations and explain it is amazing! Haha your funny lol
