P price reduced from  $ 82 to  $ 30         82-30 = $ 52  off

52 is what percentage of  82?

52/82  x 100% =  63.4 %  reduction   rounded  = 63% off

%  reduction =

(  [ Old Price  - New Price  ]  / [ Old Price]  x 100  )  %   =

( [ 80 - 32 ]  / [ 80 ] x 100 ) %  =

( 48/80  x 100)%  =

(  3/5 x 100)%  =

(.60 x 100)%  =

60 %

Just a mis-read....should  be  30 instead of 32  and  82  instead of  80

Thanks to EP for the correct answer   !!!!
