.0001  =  1 x 10-4  meters  ...  and 4 trillion = 4  x 1012. ......so....

(1 x 10-4 ) meters  x  (4 x 1012 )   =  4 x 10meters

$$4*10^8 \\\\
= 400,000,000\;metres\\\\
=400,000\;km$$
