Well multiply top & bottom by any number that you want!!!!!

So, 3/7 x 2/2 or by 3/3, or 4/4.....etc. So you get 6/14 or 9/21, or 12/28....etc. These are all

the same!!.

It could have been any number of things.....6/14, 12/28, 24/56.....etc.....
