20 questions answered means  25 - 20 = 5 UNanswered     5 x 1.5 = 7.5 pts

        16 correct     16 x 6 = 96 points

         4 INcorrect    = 0                                                96 + 7.5 = 103.5 pts

1.5 * 5 = 7.5 = points off blank
