In order to make an A on his per-algebra test, Reid needs to get 92% of the problems correct.If there are 50 problems on the test,how many does he need to get correct?

Here is how you do it :

.92(the percetage needed to pass) times 50 (the number of problems)

And so you get 46. If you are doing problems that get a decimal with the answer, just round. You cannot get 46.38 questions right on a test.
