I was recently trying to find the height of one side of a cylinder with a radius of 1 cm, after doing this on a piece of paper I thought I might as well check it with the calculator, I came on here and typed this (first part of finding height): 2pi(1)^2, this came out as 19.7392088021787172... This is completely different than the 6.28 I got: 2pi(1)^2 = 2pi1 = 2(3.14) = 6.28. Any ideas on what went wrong, thanks!
