Initially Josiah gets 14 and Tillery gets 7 thats 2:1
After 5 years Josiah gits 24 and Tillery will get 17 that is 24:17 which is not 2:1
so the pay increases are not given in proportion and the pay thay get will not stay in the same proportion to one another :)
