1/4 means there are for "slots"-or so to speak- until you fill up one whole

She paints a fourth at 3/7 of an hour

So you need to multiply

(3/7)*4=12/7

12/7=1 5/7

So it will take 1 5/7 hours to finish the room

Is she painting it blue?  LOL
