The approximate height from the ground to the place where Oswald fired the shots is 417.08 feet. Oswald fired from a distance of 565 feet from his position to President Kennedy, but missed. He moves his rifle along with the movement of Kennedy’s motorcade, which is moving at a constant rate of 4 miles per hour. When Oswald is 540 feet from Kennedy, his shot doesn’t miss. Determine the rate in which Oswald is moving his rifle angle in radians per second (Hint: convert miles to feet and hours to seconds).
