What is the midpoint of a line segment that has the endpoints (-4,6) and (2,3)?

To find the midpoint, we just add the x coordinates and divide by 2 and repeat the process with the y coordinates.......so we have....

[(-4 + 2)/2 , (6 + 3)/2] =  [ -1, 9/2 ]     and that's the midpoint
