a. (f+g)(x)= 6x^3-x^2+4x+5+9x^3-1= 15x^3-x^2+4x+4

b. (f+g)(2)= 15 * 2^3 - 2^2 + 4 * 2 + 4= 128

c. (f-g)(x)= 6x^3-x^2+4x+5-9x^3-1= -3x^3-x^2+4x+6

d. (f-g)(-3)= -3 * (-3)^3 - (-3)^2 + 4 * (-3) + 6= 66.

Hope it helps!
