Slope-intercept form (the form it's in now): y = mx + b, where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept
Standard form: Ax + By = C, where A, B, and C are integers and A is usually positive

y = 2x - 3 (subtract 2x from both sides)
-2x + y = -3 (multiply or divide both sides by -1)
2x - y = 3 <----- Answerr
