Using a z-score table,   +.67 SD is 74.86 percent    and  +.68 SD is 75.17 % of all the cars   I'll just use .674 SD

.674 x SD = .674 x 3.2 = 2.157 yrs

    Add this to the median      8 + 2.157 = 10.157 yrs ~~ 10.2 yrs.
