So 38*70 will turn into (30*70)+(8*70)
Then break it down further
(10*70)+(10*70)+(10*70)+(5*70)+(3*70)
(700)+(700)+(700)+(350)+(210)
Tens because all you do is add a zero to the end of the number
a Five because you find the 10 of that number and then split it in half
Then a 3 because that is as small as we can make it. Sadly no making this easier
2660 is the final answer
