This is a semantics issue.
If "greater than or equal to" means mathematically > then yes.
If "greater than or equal to" means which one, then it's greater than.
0 is greater than –12 but 0 is not equal to –12
.
See..., -12 and 0 are dark holes; but -12 is much deeper and darker.
