It takes one hundred thirty pounds of milk to make thirteen pounds of cheese. At that rate, how much milk does it take to make eleven ounces of cheese?

First, we need to convert 13 pounds to ounces: 13×16=208

Now, we can form a ratio table:

130=208

?=11

Multiplying both sides by 11208, we find that 6.875=678 pounds of cheese are needed to make 11 ounces of cheese.
