In a list of 30 integers, 18 of the integers are multiples of 5. If 10 of the multiples of 5 are odd integers, what is the maximum number of even integers in the list?
That means that there are 12 numbers that are not multiples of 5. Also, 8 integers that are multiples have to be even. 12+8 = 20 integers.
However, in the future, please do not post Mathcounts Trainer problems. They are meant for you to solve and you only.
Thank you. I didn't understand why it was 20 but it is more straightforward than I thought. Ahh, my stupidity!
