Let the number of Liters of 10% acid that is needed =T

Then, the numbers of Liters of 5% acid that is needed =5 - T

0.10T  +  0.05*[5 - T] =0.07 * 5, solve for T

T = 2 Liters of 10% acid

5 - 2 = 3 Liters of 5% acid.
