the shell station has 21 gallons of gas for $70 or holiday has 15 gallons for $50.00

We can find the unit rate by dividing gallons by price. 70/21 is 3 1/3 and 50/15 is 3 1/3. Both are the same prices so it depends on your personal choice. I would choose the gas that is better for the environment.
